Neuroleaf Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind everything we harvest. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and unaltered condition to be eligible for a return.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, email us at admin@endocannex.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to the nature of our botanical goods.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error.
