We keep shipping simple, transparent, and fair — just like everything else we do.
Processing & Fulfillment All orders are processed and mailed the same day they are placed, provided the order is received during business hours. Orders placed after hours or on weekends will ship the next available business day.
Shipping Method All Neuroleaf orders ship via USPS Ground Shipping. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Rates
- Flat rate shipping of $5.00 on all orders
- Free shipping on all orders over $50.00
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery status directly on the USPS website.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at admin@endocannex.com with your order number and we will work with USPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions At this time, Neuroleaf ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or internationally.
